So I got my computer this past August and registered my system for the Windows 7 free upgrade in October. On the 22nd, when windows 7 came out, i went back to Dell's website where i had previously registered my computer and saw that i could now enter shipping info. After doing so, I placed my order and later got a confirmation email that my order had been received. I checked the status of this order and saw that it said "Processing".
After a couple of days, I log in to see how my order is doing and under the stauts I see that there isn't one. It essentially went from saying "Processing" to being blank. I figure this is probably normal seeing as how they have many similar orders to fulfill but i was just wondering, for any of you who also got this upgrade, if this also happened to you. I'm hoping that it will change this coming week but if it's a problem that only i am having, i would like to know so i can contact Dell about it.

if you check out http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=426530&goto=newpost you will see that a lot of us have this problem. Hope this helps... Even if it is just to let you know "join the crowd"...lol
