So after I reformatted my computer and I reinstalled all my drivers, the graphics part of the WEI still shows 1.0 even after constant refreshes, what am I doing wrong?

After you installing your driver the first time, could you set your resolution correctly again?

You could always try to just reinstall.

Make sure to completely remove the driver before reinstalling it (remove driver, reboot, reinstall, restart) and see if it works. Try getting the drivers from a different place this time (either dell website, or laptopvideo2go)

If it does not affect the graphics performance, i suggest you can leave it safely at 1.0.
