How much of a difference in the windows experience score, will having a dedicated video card make?

With my configuration (listed in signature), my score is 3.4. If I had purchased a dedicated video card, how much higher would my score be?

Control Panel -> Performance Information and Tools

And does anyone know what the highest possible score is? Does it go past a 5.0?
