    Windows XP PC Restore Problems

    I own a Latitude D630. I want to use PC Restore to reinstall the OS and return it to original factory settings. I've already backed up all my data...the problem is when I hit CTRL + F11, nothing happens. I'm 99% positive I've never touched the hidden partition and my system came shipped with XP already installed, so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong or what step I'm missing.

    Any ideas? :confused:
