talk to them with the chat thing on their site....they'll get you set up. Yes, its worth it to get rid of all the crap that game installed on your computer.

It's worth it if you dont want to have to deal with dell junkware.

Call up dell and see what can be done to get one sent to you. Also, ask for the sonic and powerdvd discs at the same time so you can still play dvd's and such.

edit: oh yes, the online chat thing is VERY helpful, thats how i got my extra discs overnight

    After that, read:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=67545

for info on how to reinstall without screwin up your computer

i just did it and it is worth it for sure

go to support.dell.com and on the right there a thing that says "need more help?" and then right below it says "chat with us"

Unfortunately, the chat feature won't work. You can call them right now and talk with the Tech Support. They should be able to pull up your order and send you the discs. If worse comes to worse, you can wait till you get the laptop, then call Dell. They will send the discs to you within 2 business days.

Doesn't really matter when you call them, the package won't be shipped until the long-weekend is over, so you might aswell wait for the Customer Care department to be open on Tuesday and you'll get the CD's on Wednesday.

dont worry, if your computer has shipped, goto your My Systems and Peripherals
in your dell account and click Add my new systems. It will be there. (the service tag)
