    Windows reinstall on dell n5030

    So I have bought a laptop with win7, but after some time, after my sister worked with it i couldnt move no mouse or use keyboard, so I tried to reinstall windows. By my mistake I wrote win 7 on win7 without formatting a hdd, so now, my windows wont load and I cant install any windows on XP it stucks on setup is loading windows. And on win7 installation it goes black screen after white loading bar. Please help, how could I reinstall windows.

    Have you tried to wait for it to load? Are you sure your Windows disc is good? You are hitting F12 and booting from the DVD?

    i have waited ~30mins with win7 and several minutes with xp, im sure discs are ok. They both are originals and I have used them before
