    Wireless Not Working on brand new 1420

    Alright, Well my sister and i just got our 1420 inpirons. I love mine and everything is working perfect. My sisters on the other hand is having some trouble. It is saying that it cant find any wireless connections. When I run the Diagnose/ repair connection, it says that there is driver or hardware issues. Have any of you had this problem? It was literally taken out of the box today.

    Try reinstalling the wireless drivers.
