The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Wireless Works Hardwired Doesnt?

    When ever i try and connect my laptop to my wireless router using ethernet it connects to the router but doesnt allow my to connect to the internet... I have disabled all security settings that i know of in the router... The internet goes to another desktop and also a vonage modem both connected to the router 24/7 w/o problems.... the router works fine and allows me to connect wirelessly though...
