Will the new Intel Next-Gen Wireless-N work with Linksys Router WRT54G Ver 2 ?
If so, will it work better then the Intel or Dell wireless card?
    Thanks..

Yes, they will work with each other, but keep in mind that you won't be getting pre/draft-N speeds of 108Mbps. The Dell/Intel cards are A/B/G/N, so you will work on all those networks.

I cannot say much for the Dell card. I only hear about driver trouble with it. I would suggest the IPW chipsets, which are more widely supported.
