I have a new D420 with a Intel wireless. I have set it up with two users. One is my spouse and one is me. I set up the spouse first as it is primarly for her use. I can connect with my home wireless net with out any issues.

When I try to access the wireless when I am the user I can see the network and can ask for access and have entered the password etc. The 420 searches and searches to connect and never does. I suspect there is some switch some place that needs to be set or something done with it. Can any one direct me to how to fix this. The Intel help did not seem to help.

Any help is much appreciated. I went here before the Dell forums as the folks here seem more knowledgeable and helpful.

Are you both set up as Computer Administrators or just her account?

Thank you for the reply. Yes, we are both admins. I found what I was doing wrong. Was using the wrong password. Dumb I know, just looked at the wrong note I had made. Thanks again for trying to help.
