When my computer starts, all programs load up with no problems, in less than 25 seconds they usually load up. But my wireless connection don't, It takes over one minute to load up, of course, mean while I can't go to the internet until this device loads up. When I had my usb adapter, as soon as I plugged in, after around 5 seconds later I was able to use it. Any settings I need to change?

My wireless card is a Dell 1370 WLAN Mini-PCI C

My other issue is: "your computer might be at risk, no firewall is turned on" message at start up, pops up for few seconds and then it goes off by itself
