I won't be home for pickup for my inspiron 1520. Me and my sister go to college, madre is at work and dad is in florida for work... so...

Is there anyway I can call them up and tell them to deliver it before 2 or after 6?

I called DHL and explained the situation. They put a request to have the local center call me. I spoke to them and they said they would hold it and as long as i brought a valid id that shows the same name/address they would let me pick it up at the location.

I tried to intercept my m1530 at the DHL warehouse before it went out for delivery. They told me their policy is to attempt delivery once, they leave a note on the door with a phone number and your tracking number. You then call the number, tell them you need to pick it up and they will hold it at the warehouse for you. I am not sure if you can schedule a specific delivery time, I didn't try that.
