My new 6000 works flawlessly - my question is, should I update to the newest system software (BIOS/Video) - my BIOS shows A05 - I see there is an A06 - would this make any difference, being that I am not experienceing any problems right now?

You should update your BIOS and chipset whenever a new update is available. Since they are the main components of your system, you'll want to keep them current. The BIOS and chipset updates are usually pretty major updates. Besides, the updates are pretty stable and will only help your system.

As for the others, some people seem to update everything as soon as a new update is released. Others just go with the theory if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Personally, I update BIOS, chipset and Harddrive when new updates are released, then I wait and see if the others will effect my system or not. [ :D]
