I have a dell g7 with an i5 8300h and a gtx 1050, With a -150 undervolt on the core and -130 undervolt on the cache and with a cooling pad my idle temps are 50-60c and when opening firefox it spikes up to 70c then goes back to the mid 60's. When gaming the cpu reaches a max of 87-92c and the gpu reaches 77c. I have no prior laptop teardown experience and the g7 looks like a pain to repaste. I happen to have a microcenter near me so would they be willing to repaste? I'm a complete noob when it comes to stuff like this so sorry if anything here sounds dumb.

For most laptops it only looks complicated, I get to replace 100 lids off of Precision 7730 and I have never performed that level of service except for my Ranger, t440p.
