    I bought my Mini a day before the coupons for 15% came out. After being transfered around for 10 minutes or so I was able to receive $25 back on my purchase. Yipee! :D

    2 gb RAM and 16gb SDHC card here I come

    It's simple. If you are nice to them (and tell them what they need to hear), everything will work out fine. Sometimes, you will just get stuck with someone who is a total idiot. Just hang up and try again. My experiences have been almost all positive...
