    After the whole debacle with the wrong order (XPS 1710) that took about 22 days too ship, this one shipped rather quick.

    Ordered on 9-12-07
    Shipped 9-21-07

    Lets see if they get everything right this time :).

    I think that's all the important stuff :). I think the last one shipped on a Friday too, and we got it on a Monday. Maybe I'll get lucky again.

    I would hope so :). I'm going too be taking this too the next WPLJ mall broadcast, and show it off there, probably sometime in November(if they stick too past schedules). I know there are two gear heads on the show, and I don't think either have seen blu-ray demonstrated yet :).

    Also, is it just me, or do Blu-Ray movies look better on Vista than they do on XP? I notice that Superman Returns, the characters look less greenish in skin color using Vista...Trying too decide if I should keep Vista Premium on it, or dual boot with XP.

    It's sitting in town, won't get here till tommorow. Apparently Friday did not count as the first business day, and Monday will not count as the second :).

    And I might find out tonight :). Surprisingly, even though it did not update it as out for delivery, it came today :). Maybe it does pay too always be nice too your friendly delivery people :). Not that I'm not anyways, as they know I give out free coke during the hot summer days :).

    Hopefully my father will bring it home from work tonight, as I'm still stuck in with a throbbing toe. Why do Tones and skin have too be so close together? :)

    Well, I have it in my hands, and it seems too be in order :).

    5 hour battery life, not bad. A free Blu-Ray movie (a nice surprise, Casino Royal, but not a Bond fan). Verizon wireless internal and webcam all seem too be in place, so so far so good :).

    Any tips on easy verizon wireless activation?
