Well, my free 15" skin arrived, very early, but it was a different skin than the one I ordered. I wondered what I could do, so of course, dell.com/chat ! I reached the first representative, her name was S. Thomas, (watch out for her). Well, she was a bit cranky, and I'm very polite to someone, especially if that someone can help me out. I knew she was a little cranky, as she didn't say hi or thank you once, and when I said the wrong skin arrived. Basically, she said toughluck. I really knew she was mad before I spoke a word, so I said, thank you for your help, and have a nice day. I exit, and rejoin the chat without a second thought. I get someone by the name of Shilpa, and what a kind lady (atleast I think it's a lady). She siad hello and good evening. The lady explained the skin I ordered (Surf's Up) is out of stock, and offered me a $35 coupon, without a question asked.

That's dell's response to most problems that they can't correct. I've gotten 2 $50 coupons myself from the chats. Somehow you got connected to an American support agent, but basically all the Indian/foreign ones are nicer b/c they actually care about the job over there.

...and in North America they are all underpaid, overworked and most don't care about their job
Wrong 15" dell skin arrived, but Dell recovered!
