    My laptop's finally dispatched, with Walsh Western International. They call to arrrange a time to deliver, however i'm seldom in the house at the times when they would call. Has anyone else dealt with them and know if I can either get them to ring another no. (my mobile) or ring them when i can and do it that way?

    If your out when they try to deliver they'll leave a card, tbey did with me, they try to deliver twice and by the way walsh western are a tracking firm, they usually don't deliver it , they pass it on to a different firm , AKA mine was delivered by Business Post

    It said on the order tracking that they would ring to organise a time, also;
    18/02/08 17:29 CALL LOCK OUT.
    I'm guessing that this means they called and noone answered the phone?

    Anyway, i rang the no. on syncreon's contact page, and that got me through to an automated machine that told me that i followed through and i managed to book my time for wednesday. So do WWI have 'control' over deliverers enough so that they can set a date through them?

    Also, how can i find out who will be delivering my parcel (InterCity Parcel Link, Parcelforce etc)? There's quite a lot of other parcels that get delivered to my house that aren't mine and i don't want to be arranging delivery for someone elses and staying in to wait for someone else.
