I ordered my laptop July 7th and it's estimated delivery was July 16th, as of yesterday I checked the order status it said that it was in NZ and cleared customs. I check the order status now, and it says it's "Work in Progress" and estimated delivery date is July 23rd. What the hell is going on? Am I getting 2 laptops for the price of one lol? or did they **** up my order? I'm sure they screwed up my order. If they did screw up my order, I'd like to cancel the order, is this allowed? I can't contact Dell right now because it's the weekend.

welcome to my world.. mine was supposed to be delivered this week but is now 23rd of July.

Foolishly I just checked our stores to see if it had come in anyway and there was a dell box with a part number XP5 (which my tired eyes saw as XPS). I quickly ripped the box open only to reveil another bloody D630. Sick of the sight of them lol

well check dell NZ's policy. i know u get refunds from department stores over there for 7-14 days or 30days for dick smith and the warehouse but small PC stores ask for a restocking fee so if u bought this through dell's online store then check their policy on refunds. they may only offer u credit for an exchange

Hmmm strange, it's all back to normal now. It says it's arrived in NZ and cleared customs. Maybe it was just a glitch in their website..
