    Hi,

Is there any reason i should NOT get the WXGA+ screen as opposed to the WXGA LED screen? Ive seen a few at the outlet and think ill get it. seems like it should theoretically be nicer.

    Thanks for any input!

It is what you'd expect it to be

If you have an underpowered graphics card and plan on playing new games then the lower res screen would have it's benefits.

LED isn't much brighter. if you have a good quality LCD you can barely notice the difference. LED just has better viewing angles and slightly better colors. the screen on my sager is brighter than the LED notebook screens i've seen

I have heard people on this forum complain of the standard screens depending on which screen they get (ie the samsung or lg) just something you may want to keep in mind. I think it was a recent thread so if you search for screen or something you should be able to find it.
