    Hi,
I have m1330 with t7500 and x3100 and quite happy about it (e.g. 5:30 hours at 4/8 brightness with 6 cell surfing using wi-fi). Unfortunately the graphic card is very weak in gaming. I got dell's 2 GB 667 mhz cl5 ram. I just wonder if buying 667 (e.g. 2x2GB) CL4 would improve graphics performance and by how many percent, as RAM is the only memory of this integrated chip.

    regards

Even if the ram is capable at running at CL4, it may not because the bios can over right that. I really do not think it will make a difference in gaming even if it did accept the lower value.

It's not gonna do squat. Maybe 0.00000000000000001%.

Well, for 13" notebook battery life is much more important than gaming performance, so I'll stick with my "outdated" crap ;)

    thx for replies :)

No problem, lucky for you, the X3100 is a very capable in terms of integrated graphics chips.
