    Hi,

I have read the sticky several times but still have one question remaining:

About the XP CD, does it have to be the Dell XP CD order from Dell or burned from Dell or in anyway obtained from Dell? Or can it be a regular XP CD ordered off newegg and such?

    Thanks,
    Horace

You can use a regular XP CD. I suggested to get the CD from Dell because most users don't like to buy a new CD, but if you already own a XP CD or want to buy a new one, it will work.

You can order on from NewEgg, but since you already have a license, I don't see the point in paying the extra $90.
