I currently have my XPS 1330 with a 6 cell. In XP I am looking at a solid 2:30 mins with Heavy web Surfing and Bluetooth on and the screen at 4/7 brightness. With a HD 720P Anime Rip playing from the HD, using headphones and screen at max brightness I get around 2 hours. This to me seems a bit low. I am thinking of putting Vista on the machine to compare battery life.

I find that I actually do get longer battery life with Vista, ~30 minutes more than XP. I dual boot both on mine.
