Can I shut the laptop and still view my video, pictures and movies through Dell Media Direct? I know I can do with the laptop open.

    Can this be done?

    Thanks,

    Chris B.

How would you do that? Seems like you'd need an external monitor to see and a remote (unless you have the buttons up front.. Then set your laptop to do nothing when the lid was closed.

Yes, I do connect my laptop to my Plasma Display. Is it possible to close my laptop and still view videos and pictures through Media Center or Media Direct? My laptop does come with a remote.
