Just ranting....
I ordered an XPS 1340 and a Dell mini 10v. Supposedly, the 1340 shipped out on MOnday and was scheduled to arrive tomorrow....10v is still in production. Fedex tracking was not indicating they even had the package...after several calls, my 1340 is lost, no where to be found and no one can tell me what happened to it. Dell says they gave it to Fedex. Fedex says they never received it and it was not scanned in. So now I wait....for a new one to be built and shipped. Sigh....does it ever end??? I think they must have my customer record flagged as PITA so they screw up every order and support request that comes in for me!!!!
