Brand new user here, thanks for a great forum.
I went to Best Buy today ready to get a Dell XPS 15, they didn't have any but I got to check out the XPS 13.
I was very disappointed with how small they keyboard felt.
I'm speaking of the actual key size and then the overall size from left to right.
Seemed very petite to me.
Do they put the same size keyboard on the 15"?
If so I may have to get an X1 Carbon or something.
Thanks a lot.

As far as I know the XPS15's keyboard is standard pitch and I think the XPS13 has a slightly shrunk keyboard. I've got the Latitude 7370 which is similar and the keyboard is about 258mm across and I've also got the precision 5510 which I know is externally the same as the XPS15 and its keyboard is 272mm across. ie the smaller notebook is shrunk by 5%. The keycaps appear to be the same size (15mm) but the gaps between them are reduced on the smaller notebook.

John,
Thanks for your reply.
This helps a lot.
I don't mind if the keys themselves are the same size.
It was just really really tight when typing on the 13" keyboard.
Too tight for someone like me who uses the keyboard all day every day, mon through frid.
Thanks again -
I find the keyboard on my dell 13" down right roomy. I came from a surface 3 with type cover. that's cramped. My MacBook was not as nice as my dell either.
