    XPS 1530 Battery Internet Problem

    Hey, anyone else having an issue that when you run your XPS 1530 on battery the internet slows down markedly on both Firefox and IE. Like one out of every three pages just sits and sits waiting to load?

    short answer: no. Even on power saver pages still load fast.

    Check your power saving settings...

    Since you didn't mention an OS you can figure out how.

    Could be the internet was slow at that time it happened.

    I'm using Vista and this has happened on multiple occasions. I did look and noticed that the power settings for battery and wireless were low and I moved it up to maximize performance. Thanks for the tip. I'm throwing some rep power over just for idea. I'll update this thread after a day or two with the results
