    XPS 1530 Coupon Error

    Apparently I have been too many "what if" scenarios going on in my account. I clear my cart and ....

    I finally just clicked the link, went to the web page, went directly to "Buy Now" and when applying apply the coupon "?TQJZJ?Q79?W4L" for $350 that is currently being offered, I get the following:

    Coupon Error
    The coupon you have entered has been saved for this shopping session but NOT applied to your cart because the items in your cart do not meet the coupon criteria or other discounts are already in effect with which the coupon cannot be combined. Please review the coupon details for more information.

    This is happening every time now when trying this coupon.....

    It must meet a spedific price in order to apply the coupon.

    Use code ?TQJZJ?Q79?W4L to save $350 off $1,599.00+ on this Dell XPS. (valid 3/6/2008 - 3/27/2008 11:59:59 PM)

    I configure it for $2100 or so.....coupon does not work... :mad:

    no, my cart is empty...and I use the link:

    Dell XPS M1530 (Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7700 2.4GHz, 160GB HDD, 3GB RAM) that is on Dell Coupons page and insert the coupon in the empty cart

    ^^ jus asked the dell rep. he said that the coupon is a limited time offer and has exceeded no. of renewals. so, they "had no choice, but to remove the coupon". and he also told me that they will have a new deal up tommorrow.

    P.s. this is my first post ........ :D

    It was good for 1000 uses and it's done. The rep that I spoke with today knew all about it. He said that this was the first time that he had seen the $350 off deal.

    You could not combine that deal the the $599 off that they are currently offering on the high-end XPS but if you chat with a sales rep, he might help you out a little - hint hint.

    thanks, that makes sense...maybe they should post a message stating that the amount of usages have been exceeded instead of confusing people. :confused:

    Also, I've experienced a lot of quirks on their website. When you use it like I do, there are a lot of problems with it.
