    Hello,

I recently receieved my Xps 1530 which on the whole I'm very happy with, however, the fan seems to turn itself on full power every 2 minutes or so while doing normal activities such as surfing and then stay on for 2/3 minutes, this is while on the Dell Recommended power plan. This is my first notebook so can someone tell me is this normal?? I find it pretty distracting to be honest and it's the only issue I have with the otherwise excellent machine.

    Thanks :)
