I'm sure this topic has been covered already but I couldn't find any posts directly comparing the two.

What are the advantages of the LED display? Is it much brighter? Is it a lot thinner?

Are there any scrn shots or reviews comparing the LED to the WSXGA display?

    Thanks

I'd go with the LED. The LED is brighter, thinner, lighter and more batter efficient.

Regardless of any laptop, go for the LED (if you've got the choice)!

These responses seem nearly useless to me, but then you really didnt qualify what your going to be doing on the screen, so its hard to give a good response. If you need the extra real estate more resolution provides, then the benefits of the LED my not outweigh the benefit if higher res.
