    XPS 710, which C2D to get?

    1.8GHz or the 2.4 GHz

    2.4 GHz is + $150 and is it worth it over the 1.8GHz. how much difference will it make?

    id like to know your opinions ;) THX.

    Did you say it only costs $150 to upgrade from 1.8-2.4? If so, yes. Without a doubt upgrade.

    EDIT: On the Dell Latitude D630, that normally costs $440.

    oh yeah, it will be worth it. that is, like homer_jay_simpson said a good deal. normally it would cost even over 440.

    also on the RAM. default is 1 GB and 2 GB is +$100. but i see RAM for desktops computers only cost $30 for 1 GB.

    Choose 1GB then upgrade myself?

    i already have my XP pro and Vista CDs and all my software. i picked the weak graphics card because the price of those drop fast and planing to upgrade Ram my self.
    i wana buy it with XP because i will use XP and main OS and dual boot with Vista.( dont wana have problems with XP drivers)
    also already got my 20" Samsung monitor.
