    XPS Desktop complete care?

    I have xps complete care on my desktop and laptop. my desktop is 3 years I have about a year left. has anyone had to use there complete care yet? Did dell replace your system with a compareable one? Thanks

    if you unit breaks dell will fix it or give you the same model, but rebuilt and working... that is what there warrenty states, it whoever is not unheard of, of Dell, giving newer sytems out as replacements.
