So anyone who's seen this beast (or it's Inspiron sibling, I9100) knows that the 150W power brick is at least, if not more, intimidating that the "laptop" itself. I've already had to epoxy the cable back onto the brick from it pulling itself out over the course of a year and a half of use. I purchased an additional one on ebay, so that I'd have a spare/travel adapter. Unfortunately, it took me two tried to get one that worked at all, and at this point it only seems to output 90W, which isn't engough to keep the battery from draining under moderate use.

Kensington has a 120W adapter that is notably smaller than the 150W that comes with the laptop.

Has anyone had any luck using the aforementioned adapter or anything else, to power their XPS Gen1/I9100? I'm just looking for something more portable for when I take it places (like to work, where I'm not going to be gaming). And before anyone says "Just get a smaller laptop!" I'm looking into such things, but $150 for a compact adapter is much cheaper than the $1700+ for the Asus W3J I'm looking at.
