I noticed this both when I am dragging an icon or tab, and also when I am highlighting a sentence or paragraph; there is a slight delay before the pressed left button clicks. The result is that sometimes the tab isn't dragged at all because it is missed, or the start of the first word isn't highlighted.

Is there an adjustment for this?

It is an easily confirmed issue, just try to highlight this sentence as fast as you can.
