    XPS M1330 bluetooth button

    ok here is the problem. I bought this last september and from yesterday suddenly the bluetooth and wi-fi catcher icon never stop goes on and off.

    you know there is a bluetooth and wi-fi button right hand side and when i move it to off and disable it, it starts happen.

    When i first bought this..the button was so loose btw..

    why is this happening? its so annoying..do i need to return my laptop and get it repaired? is it a hardware problem or software?

    I sent an email to dell anyway.

    have you tried uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling them

    ok the techinician from dell came to my house and changed the parts to new one. btw there is a LED indicator between bluetooth button and wi-fi catcher button which is located on right hand side of laptop. I told technician that it is not working but he was not sure how to fix it and when it lights on.

    I live in NZ...anyone know when that indicator lights?
