I've noticed that there is some flex on the right side of the keyboard on my M1330 where on the left side there is no flex at all. It's not terrible but I'm wondering if any of you with the M1330 are experiencing the same thing.

Could it be because of the DVD drive?

Yeah there is a fair bit of flex in my M1330. (rhs of keyboard)

I can notice it if I watch the keyboard while I type but it doesn't create any problems under normal use.

There is a few topics on this within the forum.
Some folks have fixed the problem by taking out the keyboard and giving it a slight bend and replacing it back or using double side sticky tape there also a mansion of moving one of the cables just a bit in one direction also addresses this problem.

Just trying to clarify this for myself - I have a problem with the arrow keys and the 'End' key on my m1330. They have substantially more travel than other keys resulting in a noticeably noisier action. I can also see that corner of the keyboard flexing when this happens.

    Is this the same thing?

I also have a small amount of flex on the right side of my keyboard. Nothing earth shattering, but I might be able to scam dell out of something for free... :p
