I just received my XPS M140. It came with 2x256MB rams, but I have 2x1GB ram so i am trying to put these in the laptop.
I was able to find one slot easily.. but where is the another one? I heard someone said that it is under the keyboard, but I have no idea how to take the keyboard off from the laptop.
    Please give me an instruction

Foremost, I suggest you contact Technical Support because you may break your warrenty by removing the keyboard. Have them help you through the procedure. But just so that you know how to do it,

    --------------------------------------------------------------
WARNING: Anything you do to your laptop is your responsibility!
    --------------------------------------------------------------
To answer your question you can do the following VERY CAREFULLY:

1.) Place laptop on its LCD top cover and Remove Battery
2.) Remove two small screws under the battery.
3.) Flip laptop over and Open laptop to 180 degree so that LCD is horizontal with base keyboard/motherboard.
4.) Use small *plastic* prying device to remove the hinge cover
5.) Remove keyboard and unclip pressure clip
6.) Unscrew two screws attached to the internal memory cover
    7.) Remove memory/ETC

This is a rough outline, but the M140 is fairly easy to damage cosmetically if you are not experianced with taking laptops apart.
