I am at my wits end...my dvd shrink works fine on my dell desktop but on my laptop I keep getting an error message about failing to initialize ASPI and it cannot continue....I have the ASPI files in Nero so they are there...anyone have the same problem with their Dell laptop? Any fixes?

Laptop drives are not as good as desktop drives. Did you check the ASPI layer? Shrink is not being supported anymore. Perhaps trying DVDFab then running it through Shrink. You do own these DVDs cause we don't like stealing here.
