That's strange. After following the link, it was possible to configure and proceed to the cart and purchase stage. I wonder what's up.

I think dell realized they still have some M140's in stock and need to sell them off. It was discontinued but it is back now. I don't think it will be back for more than a week. I don't think it's a good deal at all. You can get a core duo E1405 for $650.

    mmm, where?

And btw the M140 is a good deal, for 625$ you get a pentium-M,60GB,DVDRW, 7 hours of battery life and a pretty portable case.
You can upgrade the ram for another 40$ and your all set to go.

    Very easily....
    1) Configure the E1405 to reach $1000

    2) Use the $300 off $999 - QP?K?9CKBV?4B? (expires on the 25th but there will be more coupons like this coming out) (This brings it down to $700)

    3) Get a fatwallet.com account (will save you 3%)

    4) Pay using a dell preferred card (2% savings)

    5) Want it for cheaper? Buy a $35 off stackable coupon off ebay, for use on notebooks. You could end up getting the E1405 for as low as $615 :)
