XPS M1530 Shipped! But not overnight???

Dell said XPS M1530 Shipped! But not overnight??? See attached Screenshot. Doesn't that mean I should get it tomorrow? The site says:

Shipping Method:Next Business Day
Shipped Date:2/7/2008
Est. Delivery Date:2/12/2008-2/14/2008

Next business day is NOT the 12-14??????? It would be TOMORROW! Unless DHL has a time cutoff and why it won't go out tonight. Even so it should be here no later than Monday, 11th, not the 12-14th like they project. DHL doesn't deliver on weekends do they?

That looks like 3-5 day to me. You should call Dell and check.

 

Well if DHL doesn't deliver on a weekend, your package could arrive 3 days later on the first business day.

Remember, it says "next business day" not "overnight". Overnight means it gets there the next day no matter what day of the week it is. But NBD means it gets there the next business day, which like I mentioned could be 3 days if it's during a weekend.

 

what screen did it ship with?

No you can goto "My Order" on Dell's website and it will tell you.

 

Okay, I'll do that... BTW in a very short time and a timely call, they changed my order so I get it tomorrow!!!

Sorry for the wait. Um, all of the parts on my laptop show under my order. Try and click invoices and see if that brings up your parts. Your screen should be somewhere near the bottom.

P.S. Grats on your laptop arriving tomorrow! I hope mine comes tomorrow too, or else I am going to have to wait till Monday.

BTW, it shipped out of Reno, Nevada via FedEX.

I ordered on 02/01 and shipping date was set for the 18th, but I got it 10 days earlier!!! I've been playing with this ...er loading software etc for two days now and am very PLEASED with this notebook! AWESOME!

BTW, I got a PCMarks score of 5880. Not bad at all.

 

How is the KR515 LG screen? I'm thinking it's the new version of the LG screens Dell is shipping out. I'm also getting the KR515 and not the XP059.
