    Hi All,
    Just ordered a Dell XPS M1730 Today. :)

    They are quoting a delivery date of 17th June 2008. :eek:

    O.K if its right, wondered if anyone has any experience of quicker delivery?

    Does this seem right ?

    1. He's asking what type of shipping because on the US site it lets you choose but here in the UK it doesn't. So basically ignore him :)

    2. I believe it says on the site that the dual 8800gtx's take an extra 6 weeks. This is the reason for your delay

    I ordered my vostro 1510 on 8th May and the estimated delivery is on 2nd June ! thats so disappointing !

    You have nearly the exact same setup that I order back on the 28th, due to my own mistake it didnt go into processing until wednesday. Its currently "in production" with the ESD of the 16th of June. So what I don't understand is how something that may or may not have the parts could go into production already. Where do you see it takes an extra 6 weeks if its a dell recommended option on the website?
