    XPSm1330 Screen messed up!

    I ordered on 12/19 recieved 12/24, I ordered the led. When I booted it up it has all these purple lines across the screen! and it flickrs wierd! it has the a07 bios. I gave it to my gf for Christmas and she was mad that the screen was messed up. If dell sends a replacement, will it be new or refurb?

    Tell them you want to return the laptop then.
    I had to do that before they would offer me a new 1520.
    (I returned it anyway, but I did get the offer of a new one)
