    I want to have an official cd so when I reformat I don't have to manually do it. I have an unoffical one I made but I wanted to see if dell made one yet

    The new Latitudes E series that we have at work ship with Service Pack 3 and they come with the XP disk as well as the Vista Business 32 bit cd.
