So i read somewhere on another forum and did the same thing. I just got my order bumped up from 3-5 day shipping (which was free. promo) to Next Day shipping, free of charge! And within 1 minute of ending the chat session, the change was already changed on my shipping information:

Heh.. well.. what most people may not know is this.. alot of times, the MOMENT you get a tracking number.. you will get your PC the next day. BOTH my laptops, which were sent seperatly..
The MOMENT the tracking number came in, it was like one state away from me, I had the 3-5 ground shipping. Once I had tracking.. I had my order the NEXT day. So.. really.. not sure whats going on.. but glad I didnt pay extra for the shipping. Since it seems after the weekend.. I got it.
They sent it out Sunday night.. monday I had tracking, Tues I had my order. Doesnt seem like 3-5 shipping to me lol.. didnt even call them up! -
I've had the worst dell support since I got my E1405 2 days ago. My service tag doesn't work. So I try the online chat. They tell me to email some address. I do that and they tell me to email another address or call this 888 #. I call the # and the guy tells me I called the wrong # and he will transfer me. The next guy told me I called tech support and they can't help me, I got pissed, then he puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then I finally get disconnected.

Mostly I have heard of issues with the Samsung....but if you do have problems you can request they install a different screen.
