Walsh Western is by far the most incompetent company (let alone courier) I have ever dealt with. I made the huge mistake of trusting them to deliver a Christmas present. I have spent more than three hours on the phone to them in the last two days, was told that it was delivered yesterday morning and then later told that it wasn't and would finally be delivered late yesterday afternoon. Guess what... it never was. I was then promised that they would make it their priority to deliver it before 12AM today. I still haven't received it.

At this moment Dell has £600 of mine for a laptop that they're not sure has been delivered. Walsh Western is equally clueless, one employee insisting that someone with the name Sullivan signed for it yesterday (see tracking) at my home address shortly before another assured me that the parcel was still in the local depot. Since my order has been 'delivered' I have been locked out of the customer service phone lines of both Dell and WW and being a weekend, am now completely stuck.

Unless they change their courier, I will never buy from Dell again.

    Here's the tracking info:

    21/12/07 09:00 RAHEEN DEPARTED EMF.

    Rant over...
Does it seem likely that I'll ever receive it? Should I try and get my money back?

When you say the same problem... are you saying that your tracking says it's been delivered already?
