I bought a Alienware Elite Gaming Mouse : AW959 with my Alienware m15 last year (21-Mar-2019) and a few days back the moust started disconnecting intermittently. I tried all the USB ports on my laptop but it seems that the USB connector is not making good contact anymore.

Luckily, I realized on the 21st of March that I am exactly one year from the date of purchase so I called Dell Customer Support and explained the issue. They made an order for a replacement mouse right away.

I thought that a Dell technician would come to my house, check the old mouse and then only give me the new one but nope, they simply sent me a brand new mouse in a sealed box and they didn't even take the old one back!!

This is superb customer service and even better than Apple's warranty where I'd have to book an appointment with a Genius which are always busy and the first appointment is like a week later. Let alone having to drive up to the Apple Store and wait!

Not only that, apple would find a way to deny your warranty like make up some story that you spilled liquid on your "magic mouse". Dell has always been top notch with me. Apple is now moving out of my house at a rapid pace.
