Yay I'm having fun with my I6000 that came today( a day early) !
Ummm my question is while charging the battery, does a light come on somewhere from the laptop? i plugged in the AC to the laptop and the power on the wall, but nothing seems to happen..

There are three green LED indicator in the right bottom of the screen.
The circle one indicates that the computer is on/off
The one that looks like a can indicates the CPU
The one that looks like a battery with the flash indicates whether the battery is getting recharged or not.
The battery only gets recharged if it's been used.
Try unplugging the AC and surf the net or watch DVD for a while then replug the AC and see what happens. -
I cant find the 3 green LED on right bottom..
you mean the ones next to the power button?

On my i9300 the 3 green indicators are on the hinge.........the right side as you look at the screen. Hope this helps.

The battery light will flash every min or few minutes when charging up the battery. The battery light is the light farthest to the right with in the 3 lights on the hinge (hope that makes sense [:I] ). You might want to check out 6000's manual because it gives more info about the status lights.

Hope this helps,
