    advice for getting a new battery

    I know companies tend to not want to give new batteries but mine is complete crap. I got my laptop in mid july and my 6 cell is down to giving me around an hour of life. If anyone has ever got a new one hit me up with some advice for what to say.

    I recently had my battery replace by Dell with no hassle at all. They sent me a new battery along with a return label. If it's under warranty, simply tell them what you think is wrong.
