    so... i just got my m1530. im ready to do my clean install. i can't find a "Media Direct DVD". um.. the only dvds that came with this system are:

    Drivers and Utilities
    Operating System
    Driversr and Utilities for reinstalling webcam manager
    creative software
    adobe software
    pc-cillin
    roxio

    am i just retarded or did they forget to send media direct?

    It should be in a clear plastic wrap with a white handbook.
    The disc is Blue..so check your packing..and waste bins.
    ps: If you still find that you have not got one, call them up
    so they can ship a copy to you..

    yeah definatley did not come. ive thrown nothing away all the packaging is in the box it came in. no white handbook and no media direct dvd. although I did get 2 sets of ear buds. did you?
