    Define satisfied.
It serves its purpose. Could it be better? Certainly. Though supposedly the Montevina M1330 is supposed to have a fixed GPU.

Mine has no build quality issues, though it's a refurb so some stuff was broken (cracked bottom panel, missing screws, etc) when I got it and had to be replaced. I don't have the infamous gaps though. I've modded my cooling so the GPU is usually fine. I'm happy with it.

I purchased my m1330 last June, and upon receiving it had issues with keyboard waviness, and also with a GPU then went bad. After they were both replaced a month after getting the laptop, my m1330 has been excellent in every way for several months now. There are no build quality issues with it, and it runs fast, cool, and silent.

Mine has been fantastic since I got it a few weeks ago. No build quality issues, and everything runs smoothly. Its a bit warm, but I don't mind it at all. And even with the 9-cell battery the thing is really light. Highly recommended.

so i guess they've improved their build quality since the laptop's release last year? cause most of the people who've answered bought theirs last year when it was released.

    I'm thrilled with my m1330.

NO build issues, and it runs quit cool. I previously had an HP 2050us, and the palm rest would get warm, but on my m1330, even if I"m playing a video game, it still stays very cool.

So far, after about a month, I'm lovin it!

Can you back that up with some links to your sources please. My saying 'supposedly the Montevina M1330 will ship with four cores' is no less an absurdity without references.

What has Dell identified as being 'broken' with the current GPU?

    Thanks in advance.

Inadequate cooling of the Geforce card. This could probably be fixed if Dell modified the heatsink/fan assembly so it would cool the card better.
There is no known heat problem if you get an M1330 with the X3100 graphics instead.
